Villa Mapou: A Luxury St. Barts Villa

Villa Mapou, also known as MAP, is a luxurious 2 +1-bedroom villa located in Petite Saline, offering exquisite views of the bay and nearby islands. Petite Saline is at the heart of St. Barts and only a short drive away from all the beaches of Salines and Lorient.

Outdoor Living Spaces

Villa Mapou sits high up on the hill, providing beautiful views of the ocean and the rugged hills. An outdoor living room can be found under a covered terrace on the main floor, with large shades in front of the terrace and other seating areas on several levels across the property. The pool area is situated a few steps below the villa, with a large deck and a gazebo, allowing guests to enjoy both sun and shade.

Modern Amenities

The kitchen of Villa Mapou has nice, pastoral views and opens to the dining area with a large wooden table and seating for up to 10 guests. The villa was recently renovated in a contemporary style, with a fully air-conditioned main room, including the cozy living room and modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom connects to the living room, but can also be accessed from the terrace, and features a European king-sized bed, French satellite and AppleTV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom.

Additional Bedrooms and Services

The second bedroom is in a separate cottage with a small private terrace, French satellite and AppleTV, and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is more suited for teenagers and is situated on a lower level, with a private terrace, queen-sized bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Villa MAP comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.
